It advocates taking the "two new" path, that is, developing high-quality raw material bases through the construction of new rural areas to form standardized and large-scale safe production; taking the new industrialization path, driving the mechanization of the traditional food industry and modern logistics distribution through informatization, and promoting the traditional food industry to The transformation of the modern food industry has promoted the rapid and healthy development of our country's food industry, especially the meat industry.
The research and transformation of the key technology of enzymatic tripe (green tripe) has been a great success, and its application in production has completely changed and solved the serious practical problem of unhygienic and unsafe hotpot tripe in Chongqing and across the country. , Chongqing Dezhuang Industrial Group has developed rapidly by applying this technology. It has more than 500 chain stores and more than 20 self-operated stores nationwide. Its assets have grown from 3 million yuan to 300 million yuan in 5 years. At the same time, this product is sold in more than 15,000 hot pot restaurants across the country. The chain store application achieved sales revenue of 2.5 billion and achieved significant social and economic benefits. Research in recent years has mainly completed the research and development of cooling meat preservation technology, Ah Xingji rabbit meat snack food and functional meat products, which have played an important role in the economic development of Chongqing and the western region. In 2003, he was named the first "Top Ten Outstanding Scientific and Technological Figures" in China's meat industry by the China Livestock Products Processing Research Association and the China Meat Association. In 2005, he was appointed by the Chongqing Municipal Science and Technology Commission as the chief expert on agricultural product processing in the Chongqing Xinghuo Science and Technology Industrial Zone.
