3. Use the correct robot programming interface.
Many users' misunderstanding of robot welding process comes from the programming of welding operation. If it is necessary to use the robot teaching device to manually input the robot path between points, it is really time-consuming and laborious. In fact, it is not necessary, as long as the appropriate hardware programming interface is used, simple and fast robot programming can be realized.
Step 4 calibrate
Some users think that off-line programming software cannot generate accurate robot welding programs, which is inaccurate. As long as it is calibrated effectively, the accuracy of off-line programming can completely exceed the requirements of welding tasks.
Step 5 program the robot
