It has unique material properties (LDRE rare earth aluminum alloy, 6Z63 heat-resistant aluminum alloy, etc.), structural form and processing technology. It has three authorized utility model patents, three invention patents whose applications have passed the preliminary examination and one utility model patent whose applications have been accepted. It is a new type of energy-saving busbar conductive material, and it is a substitute product of traditional steel-core aluminum stranded wire, groove type and rectangular aluminum busbar.
The main performances are as follows:
1) The tubular conductor (bus bar) adopts a series of advanced technologies such as domestic advanced hot-top casting seamless pipe, which has smooth surface, high dimensional accuracy, high tensile strength and is not easy to generate discharge and deformation;
2) The products are made of rare earth and heat-resistant aluminum alloy materials developed by the company (national invention patents have been declared), which have excellent processing, welding, electrical conductivity and heat resistance.
