1. All projects applying for the Chongqing Natural Science Foundation program must fill in this project application form.
2. The project application form shall be filled in by the person in charge of the project. After review and approval by the work unit of the person in charge of the project, the application form shall be made in triplicate for general projects and in seven copies for key projects (including a novelty check report). Submit a floppy disk to the Chongqing Municipal Science and Technology Commission.
3. Before filling in the application form, please read the "Chongqing Natural Science Foundation Project Management Measures" and relevant regulations. Key projects should be written based on the content of the "Project Guide" for that year.
4. The contents listed in the project application form must be filled in truthfully, and the expression should be clear, complete, rigorous, and concise (foreign nouns must be expressed in Chinese at the same time).
5. The main members of the project team should personally sign the application form to express their agreement to cooperate.
6. Project application forms must be printed on A4 paper, otherwise they will not be accepted.
7. All application materials will not be returned, please be careful to keep them.
8. Natural Science Foundation projects are funded at two levels: key projects (200,000-400,000 yuan) and general projects (200,000-400,000 yuan).
9. The project leader has good reputation and the ability to complete the project. There are no overdue science and technology projects, there is no more than one science and technology project under research, and only one municipal science and technology project can be applied for in the same year.
