Selection criteria for Hainan Patent Award

According to the "Hainan Provincial Patent Award Evaluation Methods", the evaluation criteria are:

(1) Evaluation indicators and weights of invention patents and utility model patents:

1. Patent quality (25). Evaluate the novelty, creativity, practicality and text quality of the patent.

2. Technological advancement (25). Evaluate the originality and importance of the patent, its advantages and disadvantages compared with current similar technologies, and the versatility of the patented technology.

3. Application and protection measures and effects (35). Evaluate the use and protection measures and effectiveness of patents, economic benefits and market share.

4. Social benefits and development prospects (15). Evaluate the social benefits, industry influence and policy adaptability of patents.

1. Patent quality (25). Evaluate the innovation, industrial applicability and text quality of patents.

2. Expression of design key points and concepts (25). Evaluate the uniqueness, artistry, symbolism and functionality of the patented design.

3. Application and protection measures and effects (35). Evaluate the use and protection measures and effectiveness of patents, economic benefits and market share.

4. Social benefits and development prospects (15). Evaluate the social benefits and development prospects of patents.
