Operating system.
Since the mid-1970s, computer operating systems have appeared. The 8-bit CP/M operating system developed by Digital Research Software Company was developed in USA 1976.
The system allows users to control and manage the system through the keyboard of the console, and its main function is to manage file information, so as to realize automatic access to other device files or hard disk files. Since then, some 8-bit operating systems mostly adopt CP/M structure.
