Longkou Yulong Island Petrochemical Project is an integrated refining and chemical project (Phase I).

Yulong Island Refining and Chemical Integration Project includes the construction of 30 crude oil depots with a total volume of 3 million cubic meters, 12 refined oil depots with a total volume of 250 cubic meters, as well as supporting refined oil loading facilities, public facilities and inter-plant pipe corridors. The process, technology, equipment and cleaner production level adopted in the project have reached the domestic advanced level. The instrument automatic control system designed in this project has reached the advanced level of similar projects at home and abroad, and realized centralized control, smooth operation, safe production and strengthened management. At the same time, the network interface platform of the project control system realizes CIMS.

As a model of transformation of old and new kinetic energy and adjustment of industrial structure in Shandong Province, this project will promote the integration of 65,438+300 million tons of oil refining industry in Shandong Province, which is of great significance for promoting industrial structure adjustment, transformation and upgrading, and improving the level of oil refining integration. After the completion of the project, it can ensure the stable supply of crude oil and the road transportation and loading of refined oil for the large-capacity Yulong Island Refining and Chemical Integration Project (Phase I).

In Yulong refining and chemical project, Southwest Chemical adopts new technology, which can extract hydrogen from traditional fossil energy and hydrogen-rich gas to the maximum extent, improve recovery rate, reduce raw gas consumption, energy consumption and carbon dioxide emission. The main technologies include: patented technology of double sequential tank staggered flushing; Analysis and design of large PSA adsorption tower: anti-erosion zero leakage program-controlled valve: intelligent control system and expert diagnosis system; High pressure PSA system technology.
