After serving as a partner or shareholder of another institution for two years, you can withdraw from the partnership or withdraw your shares and become a partner or shareholder of a new institution.
This is an exclusion option, mainly to prevent certain people from frequently quitting the partnership (or closing the business), and to maintain the long-term effective operation of the organization (at least two years)
