In contrast, the number of patents granted by Toyota in the United States is 10483, and the number of open patent applications is 2486; Honda granted1.221.4000 patents in the United States, and the published patent application was 39 1.2. There are not many domestic enterprises applying for PCT patents. For example, Geely and Chery each announced the 1 application and 2 applications. Honda and Toyota announced 2,462 and 2,863 applications respectively. Judging from these situations, China automobile industry needs to make breakthroughs in many major technical fields in order to realize the rise of brand and technology.
