Online registration time for the second spring certification: 8:00 on June 17 - 17:00 on June 22 (mainly for applications that meet the application conditions and obtain the teacher qualification examination certificate in the first half of 2021 people).
The online registration time for autumn certification is from September 13 to September 24; the on-site confirmation time is from October 11 to 15 (8:30-12:00 am, 2:30-5 pm :30), the location is the Education Bureau window of Huangzhou District Government Service Center. If there are any changes, further notice will be given.
Qualified applicants should log in to the China Teacher Qualification Network (www.jszg.edu.cn) within the specified time and apply from the "Teacher Qualification Applicant Online Application Portal".
II. Scope and objects of recognition
Those who have not reached the national statutory retirement age, have their registered place of residence, place of residence (must hold a local residence permit and it is valid) or the place of school (only Limited to 2021 fresh graduates of full-time general colleges and universities in Hubei Province and full-time postgraduate students) Chinese citizens in Hubei Province and active military personnel and active armed police stationed in our province, if they have obtained the certificate of passing the primary and secondary school teacher qualification examination and it is within the validity period Or education graduate students and public-funded normal education students who meet the recognition requirements, or full-time teacher education graduates who enrolled in 2011 or before.
According to the "Notice of the Secretariat of the Taiwan Affairs Office of the Central Committee of the Ministry of Education and the Secretary and Administration Department of the Hong Kong and Macao Affairs Office of the State Council on issues related to Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan residents applying for primary and secondary school teacher qualifications in the Mainland (Mainland)" ( Teachers' Department [2019] No. 1) stipulates that Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan residents who study, work and live in our province and have no criminal records can apply in their place of residence with a residence permit for Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan residents, a Mainland Travel Permit for Hong Kong and Macao residents or a Taiwan resident with a validity period of 5 years. With a Mainland Travel Permit, you can apply for recognition of primary and secondary school teacher qualifications at the location where the teacher qualification examination is held. The academic qualifications, other conditions, and procedural requirements for applying for recognized teacher qualifications are the same as those for applicants from the Mainland (Mainland).
Applicants can only apply for and obtain one teacher qualification certificate each year.
3. Authority to accept certification
According to national and provincial regulations on certification authority, the qualifications of teachers in kindergartens, primary schools and junior middle schools are certified by the county-level education administration department. Huangzhou District Education Bureau only accepts applications from applicants within the recognized scope.
IV. Educational Qualification Standards
To apply for recognition of the qualifications of primary school, junior high school, high school, secondary vocational, and secondary vocational internship instructors, the academic qualifications shall be in accordance with the "Instructions on the Educational Qualification Issues of Teacher Qualifications in Our Province" ( The relevant regulations and standards of Ejiaozi [2012] No. 4) shall be implemented. 5. Mandarin requirements
To apply for Chinese language, primary school general subjects and kindergarten teacher qualifications, you must have a second grade or above. Standards. To apply for other teacher qualifications, you need to meet the second-level B and above standards.
VI. Physical examination standards
The physical examination standards for applicants are strictly in accordance with the "Physical Examination Standards and Methods for Personnel Applying for Recognition of Teacher Qualifications in Hubei Province" (E Teacher [2002] No. 3). The physical examination of those applying for kindergarten teacher qualifications shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of the "Notice on Adjusting the Physical Examination Standards for Personnel Applying for Kindergarten Teacher Qualifications" issued by the Teacher Qualification Recognition Guidance Center of the Ministry of Education. All physical examination items must be completed. The Provincial People's Hospital is the final hospital for doubtful issues.
Applicants must complete all physical examination items at Huangzhou District People's Hospital or Huanggang Central Hospital before on-site confirmation. The physical examination results must have a clear physical examination conclusion of "passed" or "unqualified", and Stamped with the official seal of the hospital. Applicants who fail the physical examination or have not completed the project will not be accepted. 7. Application for Certification
Qualified applicants can register a personal account during the opening hours of the China Teacher Qualification Network (www.jszg.edu.cn) (select "Teacher Qualification Certification" Applicant Online Application Portal"), complete personal information, and log in to register during the Hubei Province registration period.
(1) Complete personal information
After logging in with the registered account, the applicant should complete personal identity and other information on the "Personal Information Center" page and conduct real-name verification.
1. "Personally identifiable information". Applicants need to complete their gender and ethnicity in this column (Hong Kong and Macao applicants can choose a specific ethnic group or others when selecting ethnicity). Applicants can modify other information except "Document Type" and "Document Number" on this page.
2. "Teacher Qualification Examination Information". Applicants who have participated in the National Primary and Secondary School Teacher Qualification Examination and passed the exam can check their examination certificate information in this column
3. "Putonghua Certificate Information". Applicants can add and modify personal Mandarin information in this column.
(1) Under the "Verification Certificate" type, enter the certificate number and other information, click the "Verify" button, and the system will verify the Mandarin certificate information in the National Mandarin Proficiency Test Information Management System.
(2) If the Mandarin certificate information cannot be verified, please check whether the currently verified information is consistent with the "name, ID number, and certificate number" in the certificate information.
(3) If the Mandarin certificate information cannot be verified after the above steps, please select the "Enter Certificate" type, complete the relevant information and upload the corresponding electronic certificate (the image is less than 190KB, in JPG format).
4. "Academic qualifications and student status information". Applicants can add and modify personal academic information in this column. Student status information will be synchronized automatically during the registration process. If synchronization fails, student status information needs to be added by yourself.
(1) Under the "Verify Academic Qualifications" type, enter the academic certificate number and click the "Verify" button. The system will obtain relevant information from the National Higher Education Student Information Network (Xuexin Network) Information Management System .
(2) If the academic information cannot be verified, please check whether the currently verified information is consistent with the "name, ID number, and certificate number" in the academic certificate information.
(3) If the certificate information cannot be verified after the above steps, please select the "Unverifiable Educational Qualifications" type, complete the relevant information and upload the corresponding electronic certificate (the image is less than 200KB, in JPG format) .
(4) For secondary vocational education such as secondary school teachers, kindergarten teachers, etc., please select the "Unverifiable Educational Qualifications" type, complete the relevant information and upload the corresponding electronic certificate (the image is less than 200KB, in JPG format) .
(5) If the academic qualifications you hold are academic qualifications from Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan or overseas study, academic qualification verification cannot be performed. During the Hubei Province online registration period, applicants can log in with their own account on the "China Teacher Qualification Network" and register.
Applicants should read the precautions carefully when applying online and fill in the applicant information accurately and truthfully. The photo uploaded in the system should be a recent 1-inch color ID photo with a white background, without a hat, and the file format is JPEG. /JPG format, size no more than 200K. After the photo is uploaded, the applicant needs to preview the upload effect.
According to the authority and scope of certification acceptance, applicants who meet the Huangzhou District certification should choose the certification institution "Huangzhou District Education Bureau of Huanggang City" and the on-site confirmation point "Huangzhou District Government Service Center Education Bureau Window". People who do not meet the recognized scope of Huangzhou District should not check at will. If the application is not accepted due to incorrect information, the applicant shall be solely responsible.
(3) Sign the "Personal Letter"
Applicants can download the "Personal Letter" from the "Data Download" column on the homepage of "China Teacher Qualification Network" or from the "Instructions" page. The downloaded "Personal Book" is printed on A4 white paper. The book will be combined on the teacher qualification certification application form. Please write your name and signature date in block letters for "person", then scan or take a photo and upload it. The overall effect of the "Personal Letter" uploaded after signing can be viewed when previewing the "Teacher Qualification Certification Application Form". If you find that the location of the uploaded "Personal Book" is incorrect, unclear, or the signature is incomplete during preview, please be sure to upload it again to avoid affecting the recognition.
8. On-site confirmation
After the applicant completes the online application, he or she must bring the following materials for on-site review and confirmation at the time and place specified in the certification announcement published on the website of the Huangzhou District People’s Government:
1. Original second-generation ID card (must be within the validity period).
2. Original academic certificate. Those with academic qualifications from Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan should also submit the original "Certificate of Academic Degrees from Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan" issued by the Overseas Study Service Center of the Ministry of Education, and the original copy of the "Certificate of Foreign Academic Degrees" issued by the Overseas Study Service Center of the Ministry of Education. Academic information that has been compared electronically does not need to be submitted.
Special reminder: During the review process, for academic qualifications that cannot be directly compared and verified by the nationally recognized information system (except for secondary vocational school qualifications), applicants must submit the "China Higher Education Qualification Certification Report" (Study (Apply online at www.chsi.com.cn), otherwise it will be deemed as having unqualified academic qualifications and will not be accepted. 4. 5. If active military personnel and active armed police apply at the place of service, they should provide a military officer ID or police officer ID. If the ID does not show the place of service, a personnel certificate issued by the organizational personnel department of the unit or unit to which they belong must also be provided. Proof of relationship, the format of the certificate shall be determined by the regulations of the army or unit, and the certificate shall clearly indicate the place where the applicant serves.

8. 9. Other matters
Applicants must actively cooperate with local epidemic prevention and control during physical examination and on-site confirmation, consciously perform personal protection obligations, and obey local prevention and control management requirements.
Applicants must make online declarations and on-site reviews in accordance with the prescribed time, location and requirements. Failure to do so due to missing the declaration time, choosing the wrong accreditation agency or on-site verification point, incorrect declaration information or incomplete submission materials, etc. If the application is completed within the specified time, the certification agency will no longer accept the application, and the responsibility shall be borne by the applicant himself.
If an applicant commits fraud or defrauds his teacher qualifications during the application process, upon verification, he will be punished by revoking or losing his teacher qualifications in accordance with relevant laws and regulations. Those whose teaching qualifications have been revoked shall not re-obtain the teaching qualifications within 5 years from the date of revocation; those who have lost their teaching qualifications shall not re-apply for recognition of teaching qualifications.
