The College of Continuing Education consists of five departments: office, correspondence department, self-study examination department, distance education department, and training center.
Office Responsible for the daily management of the college office, annual correspondence enrollment plan, declaration of enrollment majors, correspondence enrollment and admission, and processing of various graduation (completion and academic) certificates.
The Correspondence Education Department is responsible for the review and revision of the correspondence teaching plans of various colleges and departments on campus, teaching quality inspection, review of the qualifications of fresh graduates, student status management, preparation of application materials for new correspondence majors, etc.
The Self-Study Department is responsible for the examination administration, registration examination and management of student apartments for students in self-study classes throughout the school.
The Distance Education Department is responsible for the daily teaching management inspection and supervision of off-campus correspondence stations, the review and revision of teaching plans, and the review of examination course papers.
The training center is mainly responsible for various training projects, formulating education and training plans, student admissions and student status management, organizing and coordinating the implementation of training plans by relevant departments, and supervising and inspecting teaching and management.
School-running system - The main form of school-running is correspondence education, with self-study classes, night colleges, cadre training classes, on-the-job graduate classes, business management training and other forms of long-term and short-term classes. Implement multiple training methods that combine correspondence and face-to-face teaching, concentration and distribution, and off-the-job and part-time training.
Schooling levels - junior high school starting from adult technical secondary school, high school starting from junior college, high school starting from undergraduate, junior college to undergraduate, on-the-job graduate class. The students are current party and government cadres, education managers, primary and secondary school teachers, current employees, and previous junior high school and high school graduates.
