General juice blending method:

Materials:
3 tablespoons of soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of vinegar, half a spoonful of oil, 2 millet, appropriate amount of sugar, appropriate amount of onion, garlic and coriander, appropriate amount of pepper oil, appropriate amount of pepper oil and sesame seeds.
Exercise:
Mix the above seasonings well and pour them on the cold salad.
2. Spicy oil and sauce
Materials:
A bowl of Chili noodles, white sesame 10g, a handful of pepper, 2 pieces of cinnamon, 3 pieces of star anise, 3 pieces of Amomum tsaoko, 5 pieces of fragrant leaves, 300g of cooking oil, cooked peanuts, a little sesame, a handful of onion, a garlic and a ginger?
Exercise:
1) Preparation materials, it is best to put two kinds of peppers, Chili powder and Chili noodles, peanuts and sesame seeds. I usually do it in advance (no need to put it). The main reason is that Chili noodles are not fragrant, followed by rolling oil.
2) Pour the oil in a cold pot, then add the onion, ginger, garlic and aniseed (the onion should be dried or dried to prevent spillage).
3) Grind green and red peppers, add salt and fennel, stir well, add salt according to your own taste, and add a little sugar to taste. Don't add too much, it doesn't taste sweet, and don't add it if you can't control the amount.
4) Stir the oil for three times and slowly pour it into the Chili powder. Finally, add the cooked sesame seeds and peanuts. If the amount is small, you can use less oil to pour out the powder you are cooking at one time. Be careful that the oil temperature is not too high. Spicy sesame seeds are ready!
Not spicy edition
Materials:
One minced garlic, one onion, half onion, coriander, white sesame, three spoonfuls of soy sauce, three spoonfuls of vinegar, half a spoonful of oyster sauce and two spoonfuls of sesame oil.
Exercise:
1) Garlic, shallots, coriander and onion are all chopped and cut into powder. Spare.
2) Mix all the above seasonings with the prepared vegetables, add a proper amount of purified water, stir well, and pour on the vegetables to enjoy.
