What is a KBK orbit?

First of all, understand KBK, the abbreviation of German Kombiniert Kran, which means combined crane. Originated in Europe, it was introduced to China in 1990s. It is a patented product of German Demag Company (which has passed the patent period). Later, it was imitated or designed by various crane manufacturers and widely used in China after 2000.

KBK is mainly composed of track, suspension device, walking trolley, lifting device and some functional components. All modules are standard components and can be assembled freely according to the needs of the workshop.

KBK track is a closed track, including straight track and curved track, which is divided into ω-type or C-type. The commonly used materials are steel, aluminum alloy and carbon steel. Because it is a standard part, it can be assembled into any structure such as short-distance monorail, multi-track, curved track or circular track. As shown in the following figure
