Their products have obvious advantages compared with industry benchmark enterprises in performance and cost. With the laser radar entering the first year of real mass production and loading in 2022, Ruishi introduced a high-power addressable VCSEL chip for vehicle-mounted laser radar, which adopted the industry-leading high-density chip technology to help laser radar break through the cost and performance bottleneck with excellent performance and mass production.

In terms of VCSEL chip manufacturing, Ruishi focuses on the design and optimization of VCSEL chip manufacturing process, achieving consistency and repeatability of various performances, thus ensuring the best yield and quality, and maintaining long-term close cooperation with the world's top chip foundries, ensuring the stable mass production capacity of leading industries. In terms of optical integration and mass production packaging, Ruishi has built its own dust-free factories for chip optical packaging and testing in Hefu and Shenzhen respectively, and realized self-control of mass production delivery quality and delivery date through total quality management based on ISO900 1.
