Introduction to Langfang Teachers College Langfang Teachers College is a provincial full-time undergraduate college, located in Langfang City, Hebei Province, a pearl city on the Beijing-Tianjin Corridor. Its predecessor was Anci County Simple Normal School, which was established in 1946. It was changed to Langfang Normal School in Hebei Province in 1956 and upgraded to Langfang Normal College in Hebei Province in 1964. In 2000, with the approval of the Ministry of Education, Langfang Teachers College, Langfang Education College and Langfang Teachers College merged to form Langfang Teachers College. From June 5438 to February 2004, with the approval of Hebei provincial government, it merged with Hebei Vocational and Technical College to form a new Langfang Normal College.
The school is divided into Langfang and Gu 'an campuses, covering an area of nearly 1.800 mu, with a construction area of about 450,000 square meters. The total value of fixed assets is about 560 million yuan, the total value of teaching and scientific research instruments and equipment is about 65.438+0.85 billion yuan, the collection of literature is about 65.438+0.43 million copies, and the electronic books are about 65.438+0.23 million copies. Journal of Langfang Teachers College (Social Science Edition) is an excellent social science journal in China, and Friends of Chinese Teaching is one of the top ten journals in Hebei Province. Since 20 10, it has undertaken more than 500 scientific research projects at all levels10, including 22 national-level projects such as the National Natural Science Foundation and the National Social Science Fund, and 245 provincial-level projects. Progress has been made in studying in China, the number and quality of international students have been continuously improved, and the country structure has been increasingly optimized. Breakthrough progress has been made in promoting Chinese as a foreign language, and Hanban approved the establishment of Confucius Institute. Significant progress has been made in the cooperative school-running project, and the avionics maintenance (specialist) project jointly organized with Malaysia has been approved, and the only test center of the European Aviation Agency (EASA) aircraft maintenance qualification certificate in Hebei Province has officially settled in our school. A total of 94 teachers and 63 students were sent to study in foreign educational and scientific research institutions, which provided strong support for the discipline construction and application-oriented transformation of the school.
