The specification and the claims are two important parts in a patent application. No reference signs should be used in the summary part of the specification, and reference signs can be used (more often) in the claims, but remember to enclose the attached icons in brackets.
The patent specification is a clear and complete introduction to the structure, technical points and application methods of the invention or utility model, which should include the technical field, background technology, invention content, illustrations, specific implementation methods and other items.
