Measures for the implementation of high-level talent awards in Nanning Economic and Technological Development Zone Article 3 The high-level talents mentioned in these Measures are divided into the following categories:
(1) Nanning talents: High-level talents (excluding literary and artistic talents) who conform to the Measures for the Identification of High-level Talents in Nanning (see Annex for details), have been issued a Nanning talent card with the approval of the Leading Group for Talent Work of the Municipal Party Committee, and have been introduced to work or serve in the employing units under their jurisdiction.
