Li Yongquan, male, who enjoys the special government allowance of the State Council, was selected as the key level of "Zhejiang New Century 15 1 Talent Project". He is in charge of major national special projects for the creation of major new drugs 1, national agricultural achievement transformation fund 1, national science and technology innovation fund for small and medium-sized enterprises 1, national support plan projects 1, 4 national natural science funds, Zhejiang major science and technology plan projects 1, outstanding youth team fund 1, and major projects. He presided over and participated in the research and development of organic acid L- tartaric acid, antibiotics natamycin and daptomycin, and immunosuppressant tacrolimus, and achieved many cooperation results in Industry-University-Research.
