79. Parents and I are rural only-child female candidates with rural household registration. Those who have obtained the honor certificate of the only-child parents or the only-child certificate and registered for the college entrance examination in Hubei Province can add 5 points to their total scores in the college entrance examination, and the school will decide whether to accept them.
80. Candidates in any of the following circumstances can add 10 to the total score of the college entrance examination, and the school will decide whether to accept them. Candidates who meet the following conditions for adding points at the same time will only take one of them.
(1) Minority candidates living in minority areas. Minority areas in our province refer to Enshi, Lichuan, Jianshi, Badong, Xuanen, Xianfeng, laifeng county and Hefeng counties under the jurisdiction of Enshi Tujia and Miao Autonomous Prefecture, as well as Changyang Tujia Autonomous County and Wufeng Tujia Autonomous County 10 counties (cities).
(two) children of returned overseas Chinese and their relatives and candidates from Taiwan Province province.
(3) Self-employed retired soldiers.
8 1. Candidates in any of the following circumstances can add 20 points to the total score of the college entrance examination, and the school will decide whether to admit them. Candidates who meet the following conditions for adding points at the same time will only take one of them.
(1) Retired soldiers who won the second class or above during their service.
(2) Retired soldiers who were awarded honorary titles by units above the military region during their service.
(3) Children of martyrs.
82. Candidates who meet the relevant conditions of Articles 79, 80 and 8 1 at the same time can only use the highest score as a bonus item for candidates' filing, and may not accumulate with the scores of other projects.
83. Candidates in any of the following circumstances will be given priority under the same conditions as other candidates:
(1) Candidates discharged from active service in the army, disabled people's policemen, children of people's policemen who died in the line of duty, and children of disabled people's policemen of Grade I to IV are given priority in admission under the same conditions as other candidates.
(2) Ethnic minority candidates scattered in Han areas are given priority in admission under the same conditions as Han candidates.
(3) Children of soldiers who have won Class II meritorious service in peacetime or Class III meritorious service or above in wartime, children of disabled soldiers in Grade I to IV, children of soldiers who have sacrificed their lives in the line of duty, children of soldiers who have worked in more than three kinds of hard and remote areas designated by the state, and islands designated by Xizang Autonomous Region and the People's Liberation Army Headquarters for more than two years. Children of soldiers who have worked in more than four kinds of hard and remote areas determined by the state or in special islands designated by the PLA headquarters for a total of 10 years, children of aircrew who have been flying or grounded for less than 1 year or have reached the maximum flying life, children of soldiers who have worked in ships for 20 years, and children of soldiers who have worked in aerospace and nuclear-related posts for 15 years, will take the college entrance examination and reach the relevant institutions of higher learning.
84. The department is responsible for the qualification examination of excellent records. The relevant administrative departments at or above the county (city, district) and city (state) level involved in the excellent record project shall examine and seal the authenticity of the candidates' identity certificates and related original documents. In the audit of bonus points, confirm the authenticity of the certificate issued by the candidate and confirm his identity. Who reviews, who signs (seals), who is responsible. City (state) Ban Zhao is responsible for reviewing the candidates' application items and certification materials, summarizing and checking the candidates' information submitted by the county (city, district) Ban Zhao and reporting it to Ban Zhao. The Provincial Admissions Office summarizes the excellent record information of candidates in the province, publicizes the list of candidates with extra points, accepts reports and assists in investigation and verification, and handles the candidates after reporting and verification according to relevant documents.
85. The special national plan of our province covers areas with special difficulties and key counties for poverty alleviation and development, including Zigui County, Changyang Tujia Autonomous County, Wufeng Tujia Autonomous County, Enshi City, Lichuan City, Jianshi County, Badong County, Xuanen County, Xianfeng County, laifeng county City, Hefeng County, Yunxi County and Zhushan County. Candidates who have been registered in the above-mentioned areas for three consecutive years and studied in high schools in the above-mentioned areas for three consecutive years, whose parents (or legal guardians) are registered in the above-mentioned areas, are eligible to participate in the national special plan after voluntary application, qualification examination and publicity.
86. Candidates who meet one of the following conditions can participate in local special programs after they have passed the voluntary application and qualification examination; At the same time, you can also sign up for the examination of special programs in colleges and universities according to the requirements of colleges and universities. Candidates who have passed the examination in colleges and universities can participate in the admission of special programs in colleges and universities.
(1) Rural household registration candidates who meet the unified registration conditions for the college entrance examination in 42 counties (cities, districts) such as national concentrated contiguous areas with special difficulties, key counties for poverty alleviation and development, and Mufu Mountain area, have local household registration for three consecutive years, and their parents (or legal guardians) have rural household registration.
42 counties (cities, districts) include Yangxin County, Wudang Mountain Special Zone, danjiangkou city, Yunxian County, Yunxi County, Zhushan County, Zhuxi County, Fangxian County, zhangwan district, Maojian District, Jianli County, honghu city, Yuan 'an County, Xingshan County, Zigui County, Changyang County and Wufeng County.
(2) Candidates with rural household registration who meet the requirements for the unified college entrance examination in the province have had local household registration for three consecutive years and have been studying in township (excluding counties, cities and district governments) middle schools for three consecutive years, and their parents (or legal guardians) have rural household registration.
87. Candidates with rural household registration admitted through the "Flying Man Program" of the Provincial Department of Education in high school, whose parents (or legal guardians) have rural household registration, can apply for local special programs.
88. Children from other provinces who are enrolled in our province enjoy the national excellent record bonus policy stipulated by the Ministry of Education and implemented by our province, but do not enjoy the local excellent record bonus policy in our province.
