Basic process of vegetable production

Clean vegetables refer to fresh-cut vegetables, disinfected, semi-processed or lightly processed vegetables, which are vacuum-packed in aseptic environment to keep fresh. It is characterized in that consumers can directly cook edible vegetables without further treatment or proper cleaning after purchase. Production process of clean vegetable production line: picking and conveying (removing useless parts) → vegetable cutter → elevator → first-stage mixed-flow impurity removal and cleaning → vibration drainage → second-stage mixed-flow spray cleaning → second-stage vibration drainage → station rotating receiving car → spinning → sorting platform → packaging.
