Formulation of two-component polyurethane sealant
In polyurethane two-component adhesives, the main agent is usually the polymer of oligomer polyol containing hydroxyl group and polyisocyanate, and the curing agent is usually the adduct of polyisocyanate containing isocyanate group and polyol containing active hydrogen, or the self-polymer of polyisocyanate. When in use, after the two components are mixed in proportion, the hydroxyl group of the main agent and the isocyanate group of the curing agent are further aminated, further chain extension occurs, a network polymer structure is generated, and a firm adhesive layer is formed, thus achieving the purpose of connecting the two substrates.
