The slag cooler is called the slag cooler. The slag cooler is mainly composed of a cylinder, a slag inlet box, a slag outlet box, a power transmission device, a chassis and an electrical control system. The cylinder and the partition frame are all of water-cooled wall structure, and slag guide plates are welded on the inner wall of the cylinder and the partition frame. When the slag cooler is driven by the transmission device to rotate slowly, the high-temperature slag discharged by the boiler is guided forward by the spiral blades in the inner cylinder of the sleeve, the cooling water flows reversely in the jacket between the inner and outer cylinders to take away heat, and the cooling air continuously takes away heat from the inner cylinder of the jacket, so that the hot slag is gradually cooled. Dry slag removal is adopted, which keeps the activity of slag and improves the comprehensive utilization value of slag. The heat is absorbed by cooling water and then enters the system for recycling.
The environmental pollution in the boiler room has been eliminated, and the labor hygiene conditions of the slag discharge post have been thoroughly improved, which has a positive effect on energy saving and environmental protection. The sleeve rotates integrally to propel the material, and there is no relative movement between the spiral blade and the cylinder, so the whole machine has long service life, low power consumption and low noise. Wind and water are used to exchange heat with scattered slag materials at the same time, which has good slag cooling effect, less water consumption and no special requirements for water quality. The cooling water can be power plant circulating cooling water or general industrial water without desalting and softening, which can reduce the capital investment and operation cost. It is a new type of continuous slag discharge with energy-saving, electricity-saving, water-saving and land-saving. The slag quantity can be automatically and continuously adjusted in a large range according to the boiler load through the special structure set in the slag cooler, which is beneficial to stabilizing the boiler bed pressure. Adopt cylinder rotation, no spiral rotor, novel concept, reasonable structure, few wearing parts, easy installation and maintenance.
