Structure of autoclave

The microprocessor of the autoclave also controls the movement of the mechanical driving mechanism in the X direction and the Y direction through the control circuit to move the microplate, thus realizing the automatic sampling and detection process. However, some autoclaves use manual moving microplate for detection, so the mechanical driving mechanism and control circuit in the direction of X and Y autoclaves are omitted, which makes the instrument smaller and simpler in structure.

Autoclave microplate is a kind of transparent plastic (structure: synthetic resin, plasticizer, stabilizer and pigment) specially packaged in advance, which is used to place the sample to be tested. There are rows of small holes with uniform size, and corresponding antigens or antibodies are buried in the holes. Each hole in the microplate can hold several milliliters of solution. Its common specifications are 40-well plate, 55-well plate and 96-well plate. Different instruments use different orifice plates.
