1. Select a topic.
There are two sources of the topic: the person in charge organizes a meeting of all the studio members to inspire and mobilize the studio members to actively participate in the discussion. The subject can be selected by the person in charge, or the studio members can find innovation in their actual work and apply for it on their own initiative. The studio has at least 1-2 projects every year, and multiple projects can be parallel.

The establishment of the project follows the principle of "easy realization and effectiveness". Generally, it is better to choose problems that are easy to realize and have obvious effects; Persistent and difficult topics can be divided into several small topics, which are arranged in a unified way, gradually realized and steadily advanced.

4. Project application

2) The person in charge of the studio conducts a preliminary review of the feasibility, possible promotion benefits and budget rationality of the project application, fills in the review opinions on the project application form, and reports it to the company after signing it, and the company further reviews the feasibility of the project.
3) After passing the project review, the project leader leads the team to carry out innovative work.
5. Event registration
The person in charge of the project shall register the progress of the project every quarter, and the person in charge of the studio shall establish the daily files of the project, record the learning, training, achievement transformation and promotion during the development of each project, and incorporate innovative projects into the file management. Submit the work plan at the beginning of each year and complete the work summary at the end of each year.
