How to explain the exclusiveness, timeliness and regionality of patents?
(1) Exclusivity: Patent right is an intangible property right with exclusivity. Unless otherwise stipulated by law, anyone who wants to exploit a patent must obtain the permission of the patentee and pay the royalties according to the agreement of both parties, otherwise it is infringement. (2) Timeliness: The patent right will not exist after it expires within a certain period of time, and the invention and creation it protects will become the common wealth of the whole society, and anyone can use it freely. The duration of the patent right is stipulated by the patent law. (3) Regionality: The patent right granted by one country is only valid in the granting country and is not legally binding on other countries. Patents granted by countries are independent of each other.
