Some mature research results have been widely used in civil or important fields.

2. Efficient near-net forming technology of powder materials.

After years of research, the center has made a lot of research achievements in iron-based powder metallurgy (including composite materials) new materials, new technologies and new products, formed a number of achievements and patents, and achieved popularization and application and industrialization in military and civilian products. In recent years, outstanding progress has been made in the consolidation technology of multi-field coupling powder forming, new spray forming technology, precision forming technology of high specific gravity alloy and numerical simulation and simulation of powder metallurgy forming process.

3. Efficient precision plastic forming technology

The engineering center focuses on the research and development of high-efficiency and precise plastic forming technology for hard-to-deform materials such as high-strength wear-resistant copper alloy, high-strength aluminum alloy, wear-resistant aluminum alloy and magnesium alloy. A number of achievements have been popularized and applied in key areas and mass supply has been realized, which has met the demand of high-performance and high-precision non-ferrous alloy profiles and parts in key areas.

4. Near-net forming technology and equipment for metal materials

Independently developed CNC precision metal forming equipment, powder forming die precision forming system and its auxiliary software. The system can realize the precision forming of multi-table complex shape powder metallurgy parts and realize many major innovations in powder metallurgy equipment manufacturing technology. In addition, a series of achievements and patents have been made in the development of integrated equipment for multi-field coupling forming and sintering of metal powder and large-scale extrusion casting equipment, reaching the leading level in China.
