Among them, the national invention first prize 1, the national science and technology progress special prize 1, and the national science and technology progress first prize 7 items.
By the end of 2004, domestic patents 1573 were applied and 90 patents1were granted. We applied for 328 foreign patents and granted 123 patents.
Three patents won the China Patent Gold Award jointly awarded by China Patent Office and World Intellectual Property Organization.
In 2004, Academy of Stone Sciences won the sinopec group Science and Technology Progress Award and Invention Award 19, applied for 235 China patents, granted 19 1, applied for 35 foreign patents and granted 15. In recent years, the number of patent applications ranks among the best in national scientific research institutes.
Products and technologies have been exported to more than a dozen countries such as Europe, America and Southeast Asia.
Starting from China's national conditions and aiming at technological innovation, we have successively developed a number of technological achievements with leading and advanced levels at home and abroad. In the field of catalytic cracking technology, the catalytic cracking technology for producing more propylene from heavy oil (DCC), liquefied gas and gasoline (MGG and ARGG), isomeric olefin (MIO), propylene and ethylene (CPP), propylene and ethylene from Daqing vacuum residue (VRFCC) and adsorption conversion of coked wax oil into DNCC and CHV were developed and applied. In the field of hydrogenation technology, medium-pressure hydrotreating technology (MHUG) and medium-pressure hydrocracking technology (RMC), intermediate crude oil producing HVI base oil technology, lube base oil hydrodewaxing technology, RL series lube oil hydrotreating catalysts, and 32 varieties of hydrotreating, hydrotreating and hydrocracking technologies represented by RN and RS series catalysts.
In terms of aromatic hydrocarbon production technology, semi-regenerative and continuous reforming catalysts, SKI isomerization catalysts, extraction, benzene alkylation and other catalysts and processes have been developed and applied. In the deep processing technology of heavy oil, the combined technologies of coking-catalytic cracking, solvent deasphalting-catalytic cracking, mild thermal conversion-solvent deasphalting, hydrotreating of coker wax oil-catalytic cracking, solvent deasphalting-hydrotreating-catalytic cracking and the production technology of petroleum needle coke have been developed and applied. In terms of petroleum products, we have developed a variety of brands of medium and high-grade internal combustion engine oil, gear oil, hydraulic oil, industrial lubricants, oil and grease for metal processing, as well as a variety of special lubricants, greases and additives needed for national defense, military industry and aerospace. In terms of computer technology, there are crude oil evaluation knowledge base, refining process simulation software, advanced control technology of production process and refining production scheduling operating system.
Developing clean fuel production technologies that meet the increasingly stringent requirements of environmental protection laws and regulations, as well as technologies that maximize the yield of light oil and diesel oil, and provide strong technical support for technological progress and cost reduction and efficiency improvement of enterprises, has always been an important goal of research and development of the Academy of Stone Sciences.
In recent years, according to the market demand, the Academy of Stone Sciences has developed a number of technologies urgently needed by enterprises to adjust product structure and improve product quality.
In terms of increasing diesel oil production, MLC-500 and DMC-2 cracking catalysts, ADC-97 1 additive for increasing diesel oil production, catalytic cracking technology (MGD) for increasing diesel oil and liquefied gas production, new delayed coking process for increasing middle distillate oil production, high octane cracking catalyst for increasing diesel oil production and diesel flow improver have been developed. In terms of improving product quality, the catalytic upgrading technology of low-quality gasoline was developed, the hydrogenation upgrading technology of low-quality diesel oil increased the cetane number (rich), and DOCP, DOCR and SDOP catalysts increased the octane number of annual crude oil FCC gasoline.
In addition, gratifying achievements have been made in the production technology of high-grade road asphalt/modified asphalt, water treatment agent and sewage reuse technology, polyolefin catalyst, oil refining chemicals, oilfield chemicals, automobile exhaust purification catalyst, C5/C6 isomerization catalyst and technology.
In 2004, in the research and development of key projects, the Academy of Stone Sciences successfully developed the selective hydrodesulfurization technology of catalytic gasoline (RSDS), hydrodesulfurization technology of catalytic cracking gasoline (RIDOS), solvent deasphalting-deasphalted asphalt gasification-deasphalted oil hydrogenation catalytic combination technology, and complete sets of technologies for water saving and emission reduction in refineries. The catalytic cracking process (MIP) for producing more isoparaffins has been widely used in petrochemical enterprises, and PX adsorbent has been successfully applied in industry for the first time. The key technology for the development of caprolactam technology has been determined, and ethylbenzene/styrene technology is the largest ethylbenzene industry in China.
The device has been put into production. In the whole year, 43 projects passed technical appraisal or appraisal, and the number of innovative technological achievements was the highest in recent years. At present, the Academy of Stone Sciences has established long-term cooperative relations with 60 domestic large and medium-sized oil refining and petrochemical enterprises, established business ties with hundreds of companies in more than 30 countries and regions around the world, and maintained close ties with more than 30 international scientific research institutions and academic organizations.
