What are boiler mother fire and main fire?

This is a local term given by the on-site operator. When the furnace is ignited, some igniters must be ignited first, such as the oil igniting the oil to spurt out the fire, and the muffle furnace igniting the horse The fire in the furnace is burning. Without these fires, there is no fire for normal operation. Just like the mother, only with it can there be the fire for normal operation below, so it is called the mother fire.

The main It goes without saying that fire is the fire that is lit and used for work, and is called the main fire.

When the steam consumption of the boiler is too small to maintain stable combustion of the circulating fluidized bed boiler, the boiler should be placed in a hot standby state, and the circulating fluidized bed boiler should be pressurized.

After receiving the boiler pressure fire command, record the speed of the coal feeder, the current of the induced draft fan, the opening of the induction fan air door, the wind pressure of the isobaric air chamber, the bed temperature and other operations. parameter. Appropriately increase the amount of coal feeding, and when the bed temperature increases, completely stop coal feeding and allow combustion to continue in the furnace. When the bed temperature drops by about 1°C to 3°C (depending on the length of the pressure fire time), stop the induced air supply, close the fan damper and Ensure its tightness (it is best to use a soft baffle to seal the air door, the air door that comes with the fan is generally not tightly sealed). When pressing fire, the bed temperature should be controlled above 900℃ as much as possible to ensure the success of raising fire. If the bed temperature drops too quickly after compression, the damper may not be closed tightly and should be checked. Generally, the temperature drops faster after pressing and firing for a period of time than when starting to press and fire.

When the steam consumption of the boiler increases, the raising and pressing time is too long, and the raising operation should be carried out when the bed temperature is too low.

After the boiler is fired, the amount of coal in the coal hopper should meet the amount of fire. An appropriate amount of cold material should be prepared at the furnace door.

After receiving the command to raise the fire, all components of the boiler should be inspected (if necessary, the fire time is usually too long. When the furnace temperature is too low, the furnace door can be opened to observe the situation inside the furnace, and a rake can also be used. Check whether the bottom material is red) After everything is normal, you can start raising the fire.

First turn on the induced draft fan. After the current is normal, start the air supply by opening the large damper appropriately. After the air supply current is normal, increase the opening of the induced draft fan damper to the pressure fire. At this time, the pressure air The room air pressure should be consistent with that of the fire pressure. Start the coal feeder to add coal to the coal feeding amount before the pressure fire (the coal feeding speed is consistent with the speed before the pressure fire). At this time, you should pay close attention to the change of the bed temperature so that it does not exceed the specified operating range.
