The grant of patent application needs to meet three conditions: novelty, advancement and practicality.
1. Novelty: Different countries have different patent laws. China and most countries require the invention to be novel, advanced and industrialized. Novelty means that on the date of filing a patent application or the priority date, the invention is unprecedented in the prior art, that is, it has not been known to the public.
2. Advanced nature: Advanced nature, also known as creativity, means that the invention is more advanced than the existing technology when applying for a patent, and its degree is not obvious to ordinary professionals in the technical field.

Patent classification
There are three kinds of patents stipulated in China's patent law: invention patent, utility model patent and design patent.

2. Patent for utility model
According to the shape, structure or combination of products, you can apply for a patent for utility model.
3. Design patents
