When applying for a patent for a prescription, the Patent Office will review the content of your patent application documents and will not verify your prescription. Verification of prescriptions is a matter for the clinic and the Ministry of Health, and has nothing to do with the Patent Office.
However, the Patent Office will review the formula, components and effects of your prescription patent. The patent reviewers are all professionals, and not just any prescription can be successfully patented. It has no real meaning to you either.
