Former chairman of Shandong Lubei Enterprise Group Corporation, director of China Sulfuric Acid Association and Phosphate Fertilizer Association, member of China Salt Chemical Management Committee, vice chairman of China Enterprise Culture Promotion Association, vice chairman of Shandong Enterprise Patent Association, national model worker, and representative of the 7th, 8th, 9th and 1th National People's Congress. Presided over the development of 5 major scientific and technological achievements and 12 patents, and the technology ranks among the forefront of the world; It has created three high-tech green industrial chains, namely, gypsum-based sulphuric acid co-production with cement and seawater "one water for multiple purposes", clean power generation with saline-alkali electricity co-production, and the combination of science and technology with environmental protection, realizing the organic unity of economic, social and environmental benefits and becoming a national model of green industry.
