Technology and Honor of Nafeng Vacuum Coating (Shanghai) Co., Ltd.

The full name of FCVA is "filtered cathode vacuum arc method", which is to form Ta-C (amorphous tetrahedral carbon film) diamond film on the surface of the substrate through ion beam etching pre-cleaning, FCVA deposition and magnetron sputtering deposition, so that the substrate or part has the characteristics of ultra-high wear resistance, ultra-low friction coefficient, excellent heat insulation and oxidation resistance, hardness improvement, acid resistance, non-proliferation improvement and beautiful appearance, and the service life of the part or product is prolonged.

FCVA patented technology is suitable for surface coating treatment of metals, ceramics, glass and plastics. Widely used in semiconductor industry, sliding machine parts and moving die parts, high-speed carbon alloy drills, milling cutters and stamping dies, wear-resistant parts, medical instruments, intensive protection of cutting tools such as glass, plastics, polycarbonate and acrylic acid, and plastic bottles or lids for drinks. The application of FCVA patented technology in conventional cutting tools: milling cutters, turning tools and cutting knives coated with Ta-C diamond film can improve the machining quality of workpieces by times when machining materials such as aluminum, copper (or alloy) and graphite, even at cutting speeds much higher than normal speed. Since its establishment, Nafeng has won the following awards, honors and certificates: more than 50 international patents on FCVA-related technologies and applications; 1997 "ASEAN Outstanding Engineering Award"; 2000 Singapore National Science and Technology Award (awarded by former Deputy Prime Minister Chen Qingyan); 200 1 Singapore Prime Minister Innovation Award (presented by former Prime Minister Goh Chok Tong); In 2002, De Leuther Company. Touche's "250 fastest growing companies in Asia"; Top 500 SMEs in Singapore in 2007, 2008 and 2009.
