Is there a difference between copyright registration Province and the country?
copyright registration province is different from other countries. For the copyright of works, both the Provincial Copyright Administration and the National Copyright Administration can register. However, the certificates issued after registration are different. The provincial copyright bureau issued a provincial copyright certificate, and the National Copyright Administration issued a copyright certificate with a national name. For computer software copyright registration (non-ordinary works), the local copyright bureau can not register. Software copyright registration in all parts of the country finally comes down to the National Copyright Protection Center for examination, registration and issuance of computer software copyright registration certificates. Legal basis: Trial Measures for Voluntary Registration of Works Article 3 Copyright bureaus of all provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government shall be responsible for the registration of works of authors or other copyright owners within their respective jurisdictions. The National Copyright Administration is responsible for the work registration of authors and other copyright owners in foreign countries and Taiwan Province, Hongkong and Macao.
