Does the application number mean that the patent has been approved?

The existence of the application number only shows that the Patent Office has accepted your patent application, but it does not mean that it has been authorized. Subsequent applications may be rejected because the applicant fails to pay the fees in time, make corrections, reply and defects in the technical scheme itself;

Having the patent number means that the patent has been authorized and the patentee has the patent right;
