Mine foam dust removal technology is to use underground dust removal water pipes and compressed air pipes, add a certain amount of additives to the water pipes, and introduce compressed air through a special foaming device to produce high-magnification foam, which is sprayed to the dust source through the nozzle. Foam acts on dust through good covering, wetting and adhesion, which fundamentally prevents the spread of dust and effectively reduces the dust concentration in the air. Compared with other wet dust suppression technologies, the water consumption can be reduced by 30-80%, and the dust suppression efficiency is 3-5 times higher than that of spray sprinkling. This technology mainly includes two products: mine foam dust suppression equipment and mine foam dust suppression special liquid, which are used together.
