Chapter 1, Part I of the Patent Examination Guide 5.1.2 Time limit and fees for divisional application
The divisional application shall be regarded as a new application and charged with various fees. For various expenses that have expired or are less than two months from the submission date of the divisional application to the expiration date, the applicant may repay them within two months from the submission date of the divisional application or within fifteen days from the date of receiving the acceptance notice; If it fails to pay back or pay in full at the expiration of the period, the examiner shall issue a notice of deemed withdrawal.
