V. Introduction Procedure
This talent introduction activity is based on information release, online registration, qualification review, expert review interview (interview, professional evaluation), research review, physical examination, and political review inspection , publicity, review and approval of employment and other procedures.
(1) Registration and qualification review

3. Qualification review:
For urgently needed talents, the county organization and human resources and social security department are responsible for the qualification review, and those who pass the qualification review will enter the review. Those who fail the review will not be allowed to move to the next review stage. After the application materials for urgently needed talents are sent by email, the preliminary qualification reviewers will complete the preliminary review within 72 hours and feedback the results of the preliminary review to the applicants by email. If the applicants do not receive the registration email after successfully submitting it for more than 72 hours For preliminary review results, please call 0855-3574931 to inquire about the situation. If the applicant does not pass the preliminary qualification review due to incomplete materials or other reasons, please send the relevant materials to the designated email address within the specified time in accordance with the requirements of the preliminary reviewer, otherwise it will be deemed to be automatically abandoned. Applicants who pass the preliminary qualification review must submit original application materials to the Cengong County Human Resources and Social Security Bureau for qualification review before the interview. Qualification review runs through the entire process of talent introduction. If during the introduction process it is discovered that a candidate has violated regulations or disciplines, provided false materials such as academic qualifications, degrees, professional titles, qualification certificates, etc., or does not meet the application conditions, regardless of the situation, If found at any stage, their qualifications will be cancelled.
(2) Organize expert review

Applicants who participate in the interview can enter the follow-up process only if their interview score reaches 70 points or above. The specific time and place of the review interview will be notified separately. Applicants who have passed the preliminary qualification review are required to pay attention to the announcement on the notice board of the Cengong County People's Government portal website at any time, and keep the contact number open. (3) Research and Approval
After the on-site interview for this talent introduction, the county organizes the human resources and social security department to summarize and review the relevant information of the candidates to be introduced, and submit it for this talent introduction review The leading group will conduct research and review, and the candidates to be introduced after review will sign a talent introduction agreement with the employer (or competent department).
After the agreement is signed, those who refuse to participate in the follow-up procedures or fail to report to the employing unit without justifiable reasons will, in addition to fulfilling their liability for breach of contract, be listed as those with bad integrity records in the Qiandongnan Prefecture Personnel Examination and shall not be allowed to do so within three years. (4) Physical examination
Refer to the regulations and standards related to physical examination in civil servant recruitment. The physical examination items and standards are in accordance with the "General Standards for Physical Examination for Civil Servant Recruitment (Trial)" (issued by the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security). The physical examination shall be arranged by the human resources and social security department of the organization at the same level (or the competent department of the employer) in general hospitals at the county level and above. The physical examination shall be conducted within the specified time and specific examination conclusions shall be drawn. Physical examination conclusions and appraisals from other hospitals will not be recognized. The specific time for the physical examination will be determined separately and the candidates will be notified. The examination fees will be borne by the candidates themselves.
(5) Inspection
Personnel who have passed the physical examination will be identified as inspection objects. Refer to the "Regulations on the Recruitment of Civil Servants" and the "Details of the Recruitment and Inspection of Civil Servants in Guizhou Province (Trial)". The employer and its competent department are specifically responsible for the inspection work. The inspection work highlights political standards, focusing on whether the candidate meets the political requirements of strengthening the "four consciousnesses", strengthening the "four self-confidences", achieving "two safeguards", loving the Communist Party of China, loving the motherland, and loving the people. The inspection content mainly includes the candidate's political quality, moral conduct, ability quality, psychological quality, study and work performance, compliance with laws and regulations, integrity and self-discipline, job compatibility and whether there is a need for avoidance. If a candidate fails to meet the requirements for civil servants or does not meet the requirements for the position applied for, he or she shall not be determined as a candidate for employment. (6) Review and filing
Those who pass the registration, interview, physical examination and inspection will be determined as the personnel to be hired. The candidates to be hired will be announced on the corresponding designated website (see attachment) for a period of 7 working days. If there are reports during the publicity period and it is verified that there are serious problems affecting the employment, the employment qualification will be cancelled. If it is difficult to verify at the moment, the decision on whether to hire will be made after the verification and conclusion.
For those candidates who have been publicly announced and have no objections, the employing unit shall fill in the "Public Recruitment Personnel Registration Form for Public Institutions at City, State and Below in Guizhou Province" (in quadruplicate) and the "Public Recruitment Personnel Registration Form for Public Institutions in Guizhou Province" Summary Sheet", together with the receipt of opinions, assessment materials and other relevant materials, shall be submitted to the competent department of the employing unit and the human resources and social security department for review. Candidates who are admitted to several county (city) institutions or state institutions (including Kaili College and Qiandongnan Vocational and Technical College for Nationalities) in our state at the same time this year can choose, but they must be registered in the state human resources department. The selection is made before the registration is officially approved by the State Human Resources and Social Security Bureau. Recruited personnel should be managed strictly in accordance with the employment contract. When new graduates are hired to work in public institutions in our state, the probation period shall be implemented in accordance with the policy. Those who have expired and passed the assessment will be formally employed. Those who fail to pass the assessment during the probation period will be terminated according to the prescribed procedures and approval authority; those who are formally employed shall have a minimum service period agreed with the unit.
During this talent introduction, if there is any failure or abandonment in the physical examination, inspection, publicity, review and filing, etc., the candidates will be replaced in sequence according to the procedures and conditions stipulated in the "Implementation Plan".
VI. Disciplinary Requirements
(1) This talent recruitment work must be open to information, process, and results, and to actively accept supervision from all walks of life and relevant departments.
(2) Review experts must strictly abide by personnel examination disciplines and relevant provisions of this plan, adhere to review principles and standards, and make objective, fair and fair evaluations of review objects.

VII. Welfare benefits
(1) For those who introduce urgently needed professional talents who belong to public institutions, their wages and benefits will be implemented in accordance with the policies and standards of Qiandongnan Prefecture, Guizhou Province.
(2) Settlement subsidy:
