According to the "Patent Agency Management Measures"
Article 12: If a patent agency establishes an office within the province, it shall apply to the intellectual property office of the province, autonomous region or municipality where it is located. If approved, the intellectual property office of the province, autonomous region, or municipality directly under the Central Government shall report it to the State Intellectual Property Office for filing.
If a patent agency establishes an office across provinces, it shall apply to the intellectual property office of the province, autonomous region or municipality where the office is located after obtaining the consent of the intellectual property office of the province, autonomous region or municipality where the office is located. If approved, the intellectual property office of the province, autonomous region, or municipality directly under the Central Government where the office is located shall report it to the State Intellectual Property Office for record.
Article 13 A patent agency applying to establish an office shall meet the following conditions:
(1) It has been established for more than 2 years;
(2) ) Have more than 10 patent agents;
(3) Pass the annual inspection of the previous year.
Article 14 The office of a patent agency shall meet the following conditions:
(1) Have more than 2 full-time patent agents stationed or hired by the patent agency; < /p>
(2) Have a fixed office space and necessary funds;
(3) The name of the office shall consist of the full name of the patent agency, the name of the city where the office is located and the "office" composition.
