Article 305 of the Criminal Law
In criminal proceedings for perjury, witnesses, expert witnesses, recorders and translators who intentionally make false proofs, appraisals, records and translations of important cases with the intention of framing others or concealing criminal evidence shall be sentenced to fixed-term imprisonment of not more than three years or criminal detention; If the circumstances are serious, they shall be sentenced to fixed-term imprisonment of not less than three years but not more than seven years.
With reference to Article 60 of the Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) on Public Security Administration Punishment, anyone who commits one of the following acts shall be detained for more than five days and less than ten days, and shall be fined between 200 yuan and 500 yuan:
(1) Concealing, transferring, selling off or damaging the property sealed up, detained or frozen by the administrative law enforcement organs according to law;
(two) forgery, concealment, destruction of evidence or provide false testimony, false case, affecting the administrative law enforcement organs to handle cases according to law;
(3) Concealing, transferring or selling on behalf of others knowing that it is stolen goods;
(4) A criminal who is under control, deprived of political rights or sentenced to probation, medical parole and other execution outside prison according to law, or a person who is subject to criminal compulsory measures according to law, violates laws, administrative regulations and relevant supervision and management regulations of the public security department of the State Council.

Perjury refers to the fact that in the process of investigation and trial, witnesses, appraisers, recorders and translators deliberately make false proofs, appraisals, records and translations of important information related to the case, with the intention of framing others or concealing evidence for others, or state functionaries destroy or conceal evidence for serious economic criminals and create perjury.
In any of the following circumstances, a case shall be filed:
1, perjury is enough to make others suffer criminal punishment or heavy sentence for a misdemeanor;

4. State functionaries take advantage of their positions to destroy, conceal criminal evidence or commit perjury for economic criminals such as smuggling, arbitrage, speculation, corruption and bribery, major theft, drug trafficking and smuggling and exporting precious cultural relics;
5, because of perjury, causing others to commit suicide or mental disorders;
6. Perjury causes other serious consequences.
