According to the relevant provisions of the Accounting Law of People's Republic of China (PRC), the Measures for the Administration of Accounting Qualification of the Ministry of Finance and the Measures for the Implementation of Shanghai Accounting Qualification Management of Shanghai Finance Bureau (No.50 [2005] of Shanghai Finance Bureau), the relevant matters concerning the accounting qualification examination in the first half of 20 10 are hereby notified as follows:
I. Examination subjects and dates
The accounting qualification examination implements the unified organization, unified proposition and unified scoring standard of the whole city.
The examination subjects are: financial regulations and accounting professional ethics, accounting foundation, primary accounting computerization.
The examination date is scheduled for April 10 (Saturday) 20 10. The specific arrangements are as follows:
Financial regulations and accounting professional ethics: 13: 00— 14: 30 pm
Accounting Basis:15: 30-17: 00 p.m.
Primary accounting computerization: a permanent examination room throughout the year. Candidates will register for the Shanghai Primary Accounting Computerization Examination separately.
Second, the registration object
A person with a valid ID card and a work unit or residence certificate in this city.
Third, the registration method, time and cost
1. Registration method: All the accounting qualification examinations in this city are registered online. For details of the registration method and process, please refer to the relevant announcement of Shanghai Finance and Taxation Network.
2. Registration time: 20 10 65438+ 10/9 to 65438+ 10 28. Online registration starts at 9: 30 am on 20 10 65438+ 10/9 and ends at 24: 00 on 28/0. The service hours of consultation service points in all districts and counties are 9: 30 am-11:30 am and 1: 30-4: 00 pm.
3. Candidates can go to the consultation service points in all districts and counties to learn about online registration within the prescribed registration period (the address and telephone number of the consultation service points in all districts and counties are attached).
4. Registration fee: each applicant is required to pay a registration fee of 10 yuan, and the examination fee for each subject is 35 yuan.
Fourth, test scores.
Those who sign up for the unified examination of accounting qualification in this Municipality must pass all the examinations of Financial Regulations, Accounting Professional Ethics and Accounting Basis in that year, and their examination results are valid.
Verb (abbreviation of verb) exemption conditions
Candidates with accounting professional qualifications (or degrees) above technical secondary school (including technical secondary school) recognized by the national education administrative department may be exempted from accounting foundation and primary accounting computerization within two years (including two years) from the date of graduation.
The accounting qualification examination of intransitive verbs, financial regulations and accounting professional ethics and accounting basic subjects are objective questions, and the questions are multiple choice questions, multiple choice questions, judgment questions and indefinite multiple choice questions. You must fill in the prescribed position on the answer sheet with 2B pencil as required.
