3 to cancel the account, the user needs to return to Unicom's own business hall where the number belongs without the agreement period. Application through online channels is not supported at present.
Pay off the debt when closing the account. After the account is officially closed, the prepaid phone bill can be refunded, but the advance payment, bursary and one-card phone bill cannot be refunded.
