Hangzhou includes other elevated roads (including ramps, attached bridges and tunnels) in the surrounding area of the Ring Expressway, in addition to the peak-shifting restricted area. Details are as follows:

(1) A motor vehicle in Zhejiang.

According to the principle that the last digit of the motor vehicle number plate (including temporary number plate) corresponds to the specific limit date, motor vehicles are prohibited from passing during peak hours, as follows:

Monday: There is no traffic on the last bus 1 9;

Tuesday: tail numbers 2 and 8 do not flow;

Wednesday: No traffic jams at the end of 3rd and 7th;

Thursday: No traffic at the tail of No.4 and No.6;

Friday: There is no traffic at 5 o'clock and 0 o'clock.

(2) Non-Zhejiang A brand motor vehicles.

All motor vehicles are prohibited from driving during peak hours on weekdays.

(3) The following vehicles are not subject to the "peak-shifting restriction".

Large buses, buses (electric vehicles), inter-provincial long-distance buses and buses, and urban express vehicles;
