Parents' satisfaction will be greatly improved if institutions provide students with online recording and broadcasting classes for free.

During the epidemic, many parents and students stayed at home, and the proper notice time for class was 3 days before class, 1 day before class, and 1 hour before class.

After-school service
The main forms of online after-school service are online answering questions, homework collection and academic feedback.

For online question and answer, it is suggested to adopt one-on-one question and answer method. A student builds a family group, students send questions directly to the family group, and the teacher provides answers within 24 hours.
(2) Operation set
After each assignment, teachers need to inform students and parents in advance when to hand in their homework and what kind of rewards will be given to them. For example, some online institutions use points, which can be converted into cash when accumulated to a certain amount.
Remind students and parents to hand in homework on time two hours before the deadline.
(3) Feedback of learning situation
