(2) The main technical person in charge or chief engineer of the enterprise should have a bachelor's degree or above, 10 years of design experience, have presided over at least three medium-sized project engineering designs of corresponding professional design types in the application industry, or at least 1 large-scale project engineering designs, and have registered professional qualifications or senior professional and technical titles.
(3) Among the personnel specified in the staffing table of major professional and technical personnel, those who have not signed up for the leading major should be the professional and technical leaders who have presided over at least two medium-sized project engineering designs or at least 1 large-scale project engineering designs of corresponding professional design types in the application industry.
