How to quickly integrate fragmented information?

I used to understand fragmented reading, that is, using fragmented time to read books, for example, you can watch it on your mobile phone for five minutes when you go to the toilet. However, after a long time, I found that I used the fragment time to read the book, but it seemed as if I had read it for nothing. I didn't remember anything and nothing changed.

Now I know why my fragmented reading didn't make me grow, because it was really just "fragments".
