Recruitment method
(1) Registration
1. Registration time: from now until 202 1,165438+1October 28th.
2. Registration method: This registration is by email. Applicants can download the registration information form through the column of "Open Government Affairs-Open Recruitment of Institutions" in official website () of Shanghai Human Resources and Social Security Bureau (click to download) and fill it out completely as required. The application information form must be accompanied by my recent bareheaded front photo (electronic photo, size below 200KB).
Relevant certification materials shall be submitted at the time of registration: ID card (front and back), household registration book (home page and personal page), Shanghai residence permit for social workers from other provinces and cities (front and back), domestic education, degree certificate/overseas education, scanned certificate of academic degree of the Ministry of Education, professional qualification certificate, professional title certificate, work certificate and other materials.
Applicants should compress the completed registration information form and other supporting materials before the registration deadline and send them to heying@sheitc.sh.gov.cn as attachments. The email title is named in the format of "job title to be applied for". Registration forms or resumes in other formats are not accepted, and the application materials are not submitted according to the above requirements, which is deemed as invalid registration.
3. Applicants are only allowed to apply for one position according to their own situation, qualifications and professional requirements. Repeated registration, as invalid, can not enter the follow-up link.
4. Special notice: the registration adopts the notice commitment system. The applicant is responsible for the authenticity of the information and materials submitted and makes a commitment. If the information and materials submitted are untrue or do not meet the qualification requirements of the recruitment position, the center will cancel its employment qualification. If the information provided by individuals is distorted and does not meet the recruitment requirements, you will be responsible for the consequences.
(2) Qualification examination
After receiving the application materials of the applicants, the center will conduct screening and qualification examination, and those who pass the examination will receive an examination notice.
(3) Examination
The exam consists of a written test and an interview, and the total score is calculated in a 4:6 way.
1, written test
The center entrusts a third party to organize a written test, which mainly focuses on the basic theory and professional knowledge of relevant positions. According to the principle that the written test scores are arranged from high to low, the candidates who enter the interview are determined according to the ratio of 1:5, and those who do not enter the interview will not be notified.
Step 2 interview
The interview is organized by the center, which mainly tests the professional knowledge, business ability, comprehensive quality and professional personality of the candidates. Generally, structured interviews are conducted, such as defense, scenario simulation and practical operation. During the interview, the applicant should provide the corresponding original application materials for verification. The interview score of the medical examiner shall not be less than 60 points.
(4) Physical examination
According to the comprehensive scores from high to low, determine the list of medical examiners. The physical examination refers to the National General Physical Examination Standard for Civil Servants (Trial), and is organized to the designated hospital for physical examination, and the inspection report is sent to the center. Applicants who fail to participate in the medical examination at the prescribed time are deemed to have given up. If the medical examination is unqualified, the center will not be hired. The medical examination fee shall be borne by the applicant. If the applicants fail to pass the physical examination, the center can determine the candidates who rank second in comprehensive scores in turn according to the actual situation.
(5) Investigation
The center will examine the candidates' ideological and political quality, moral quality, law-abiding situation, integrity record and realistic performance.
(6) Publicity and employment
According to the comprehensive examination results, physical examination results and inspection results, the candidates are formally determined according to the principle of merit-based admission.
