Ctrip Korea visa problem ~

Ctrip has a bad attitude! If something goes wrong, it is the customer's responsibility. They won't pay it back! My experience: I flew from Beijing to Los Angeles booked by Ctrip, and transferred to Korea, 15 hours. I didn't arrange accommodation in the middle and was benched at the airport! The ticket booked by Ctrip didn't tell me: accommodation is not included. Please apply for accommodation! I called to ask and said I didn't ask in advance! How do I ask what I don't know? It's like I didn't know there was no sink in this toilet, so I asked if I could wash my hands before going to the toilet. Gross! What logic? ! When they sell air tickets, they always ask if they want to buy insurance. I don't know if I booked a plane ticket without accommodation. Tell me if I need to apply! And said it wasn't their job! So selling insurance is what selling air tickets should do? Listen to what you have to say! You keep complaining, and they keep passing the buck!
