Generally speaking, three factors determine the amount of pension:
1, the average salary of the whole province in the previous year when retiring. The average wage is rising every year, and so is the pension.
2. My payment date. The national regulation is 15 years, but the longer the payment period, the larger the base and the more pensions.
3. Personal account storage. The more you pay, the more you get a pension.
