Why can't PE plastic bags use ultra-thin plastic bags? Tianjin plastic bag factory custom made

Low density (high pressure) polyethylene is often used in PE plastic bags. Polyethylene is waxy and has waxy smoothness. When undyed, low-density polyethylene is transparent, while high-density polyethylene is opaque. Polyethylene (PE) is a highly polymerized chain formed by connecting repeated -CH2- units through the addition reaction and polymerization reaction of ethylene (CH2=CH2). The performance of polyethylene depends on its polymerization mode; High-density polyethylene is polymerized under medium pressure (15-30 atmospheric pressure) under the catalysis of organic compounds.

Under these conditions, the polymerized polyethylene molecules are linear, the molecular chain is very long and the molecular weight is as high as several hundred thousand. If radical polymerization is carried out under high pressure (100-300MPA) and high temperature (190-2 10C), low density polyethylene (LDPE) will be produced, which is a branched PE plastic bag.

Ultra-thin plastic shopping bags are easily damaged and most of them are discarded at will, which has become the main source of "white pollution". Never use ultra-thin plastic bags:

1. Ultra-thin plastic bags are banned by the state, and the raw materials used are unknown, so the product quality cannot be guaranteed;

2. Ultra-thin plastic bags are easily damaged, discarded, unable to degrade naturally, and cause great environmental pollution;

3. If plastic bags are needed, degradable plastic bags marked with "China Environmental Mark", "GB/T" and "QS" should be used as national plastic shopping bags.

Polyethylene is insoluble in water and its water absorption is very small. Even for some chemical solvents, such as toluene and acetic acid, PE plastic bags are only slightly soluble at temperatures above 70℃. Granular polyethylene can also melt or solidify with the change of temperature in the range of 15℃-40℃, and it absorbs heat when it is heated up; When the temperature drops, it solidifies and gives off heat. Because it absorbs less water, is not easy to get wet, and has insulating properties, it is a good building material. Ming' an packaging
