Why is it increasingly difficult for factories to recruit workers now?

Yang has worked in the factory for eight years, and many employees come and go in my hands. Here I will explain why it is getting harder and harder to recruit people in factories through practical examples:

1, low salary

The so-called grievance is, in the final analysis, a question of wages. It is too difficult for factories to make money now. It's hard to make money. The corresponding employees have slow salary increases and low wages. Naturally, people can't be recruited, but the salary is high and the factory can't stand it!

Therefore, the two sides have been playing the game. This is not the case of one enterprise, but all enterprises, so it gives people the impression that the wages of each factory are not high and they are constantly recruiting people.

2. Workers' dissatisfaction

There are naturally many rules when entering the factory, and workers are bound by many rules, but they feel wronged when there are some problems. Coupled with overtime, low wages, employees feel that they can't see hope and realize their ideals, so many leave the factory.

3. Different people

In the past, there were few factories. If employees want to enter, they may have to make connections, find acquaintances, or even open letters of introduction in the village, so that employees cherish their work very much and will not leave easily.

Nowadays, most people are free and loose, and the post-80s and post-90s all pay attention to individuality and pursue freedom. There is no one here, so they always change jobs and the factory has been recruiting people.

4. No sense of happiness

The so-called happiness means feeling good about yourself. After all, most employees in the factory are front-line employees, and only a few can really be leaders. The last thing people want is to be managed. They are all adults. Why are you in charge?

There are not a few such people. If they think too much, they will not be happy. Without happiness, they are eager to leave this job.

5. Regional differences become smaller.

It is not difficult to see that it is difficult to recruit workers mainly in coastal cities and areas with good economies such as the Yangtze River Delta and the Pearl River Delta. The house price here is relatively high, and the local people have a lot of houses and money, so naturally they don't want to work in the factory. A large number of migrant workers come from mainland cities, but many factories have begun to appear in mainland cities, and their wages are similar. People who go out to work start to work at home, and the consequence is that it is too difficult for factories to recruit workers because there are no one left. ...
